Robert M. Rhodes, M.D.


Dr. Rhodes is a Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgeon with double-board certifications through the American Academy of Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery and the American Academy of Otolaryngology – Head & Neck Surgery. He is a native of Oklahoma City and obtained a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Oklahoma where he graduated with special distinction. Following college, he attended the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine on scholarship where he graduated among the top of his class and was elected into the Alpha Omega Alpha honor society.

Dr. Rhodes completed his surgical residency training at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in the competitive field of Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery. During his surgical training, he developed an interest in both reconstructive and cosmetic surgery of the face. Following residency training, he was selected into a highly competitive fellowship training program in New York under the direction of a world-renowned surgeon and past president of the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, Dr. Edwin Williams. During his fellowship, he received unrivaled training in deep plane facelifts, closed rhinoplasty, hair restoration and advanced injectable training.

Dr. Rhodes has published book chapters and manuscripts as well as lectured extensively on topics within otolaryngology and facial plastic surgery. He is exclusively dedicated to reconstructive and cosmetic procedures of the face and neck, reconstructive surgery following skin cancer removal and functional nasal procedures.
