Rick L. Visor, M.D.


Dr. Visor is board-certified and a fellow member at American Board of Otolaryngology. He is an Associate Member at the American Academy of Otolahryngic Allergy, American Medical Association member, Lifetime Member of Association of Army flight Surgeons, Oklahoma County Medical Society member, Oklahoma State Medical Association member, and past President of the Oklahoma Academy of Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery.

Dr. Visor earned the Bronze Star Medal during Operation Desert Storm serving as a flight surgeon for the 1st Calvary Division. Dr. Visor served as Clinical Assistant Professor, in the Department of Otolaryngology Surgery, served in Head & Neck Surgery and Facial Plastic Reconstructive Surgery at Texas Tech College of Medicine, El Paso, Texas.

Dr. Visor joined Oklahoma Otolaryngology Associates in 2014 and currently sees patients in our North OKC-Mercy Plaza clinic. As an Oklahoma native, Dr. Visor enjoys spending his spare time with his wife, Valerie and children, Kendall, Alex, Ryan and Aubrie. He collects and repairs old cars and boats. He is currently rebuilding a 1957 Chris Craft. He enjoys snow skiing, water sports and golfing with his kids in his spare time.
