Elizabeth “Libby” Garone PA-C, MHS is a licensed and nationally certified Physician Assistant specializing in Otolaryngology. She graduated from Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences in 1996. She then earned her Master of Health Sciences from the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine Physician Assistant Program where she graduated with Distinction in December 1998. Libby is a member of the Oklahoma Academy of Physician Assistants, American Academy of Physician Assistants, and is board certified through the National Commission of Certification of Physician Assistants.
Prior to joining Oklahoma Otolaryngology Associates, Libby cared for patients at the Oklahoma City Veterans Medical Center Orthopedic Outpatient Clinic for several years. She worked at a Texas Otolaryngology clinic prior to moving back to Oklahoma. She has worked twelve years as a Physician Assistant and has experience in Otolaryngology, Orthopedics, and Med Spa.
Libby was born and raised in Lawton, OK. She is married to her husband, and together they enjoy raising their triplets. She loves spending time with her family, running, snow skiing, singing, and volunteering within her community.

Dr. Ivan Wayne Joins Leading ENT Group
OKLAHOMA CITY, September 21, 2016… The physicians with Oklahoma Otolaryngology Associates, LLC are proud to announce their new partner, Ivan Wayne, M.D., who for the previous 14 yearsserved the Oklahoma City area as the director of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the University of Oklahoma. In addition, Dr. Wayne has attended as faculty at the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center and will continue in this roll caring for America’s Heroes. Regionally and nationally known for his expertise in rhinoplasty and nasal reconstruction as well his unique approach to face-lifting with natural appearing results, Dr. Wayne is looking forward to continuing his specialtycareer in private practice. His passion for teaching and research will continue by maintaining his academic activities at the local level with training OU residents and at the national level where he gives lectures and serves as Board Examiner for American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.
His new practice is open at 13904 Quailbrook Drive, just north of Oklahoma Surgicare on W. Memorial Road, to be a part of OOA. He will add an important dimension to the comprehensive care we provide in the specialty of otolaryngology-head and neck surgery.”
Dr. Wayne is certified with the American Board of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery as well as the American Board of Facial Plastics and reconstructive Surgery.
